The Marihuana tax act of 1937, is act that is well known among cannabis activists. It is a great example of how powerful industrial companies and those who run them are the one’s running the show in the U.S. Government and how they were able to control the out come in the House, Senate and Congress, along with the President at the time. Of course there was a large group of citizens who opposed this tax act, including the American Medical Associate, and the farmers of Hemp along with the industrial company’s who used Hemp in many different area’s. There were and still is a racial undertone with-in this stance that the U.S. government had taken then and continues to propagate, even though in 1969 the U.S. supreme court ruled this act to be Unconstitutional, POTUS Richard Nixon found a way around that to continue the demonizing of Marijuana with the creation of the DEA. In all actuality it was not the plant that become demonized as much as those who used it. Millions would end up imprisoned with their life’s turned inside out and upside down, they are the ones who paid the ultimate price.

The internet has made it so easy and with great speed to find information on any subject. All this weed growing for all that time, and yet no-one has perished or died from the effects of Marijuana. All this evidence and forensics shows this plant is a must for humans to be able to use and grow freely. So then why does the U.S. government continue to allow to have this plant as illegal? The answer is right in front of your face, it is you, it seems that those who like to use Marijuana are not as easily brainwashed into the perfect slave that America’s government is trying to create. Of course money is the fuel that drives the continued onslaught machine of the beast driven by those who control petroleum corporations and the lumber industry and many other’s who see Cannabis as a threat to the bottom line to their business’s, profit! Since Cannabis has so many different attributes and is so easily grown in any climate, it would make it so people would not need many of the products of those who oppose Cannabis.
