Getting back into shape

Being in my early fifties and having a  progressive form of arthritis, I find it easy to become unhealthy and unhealthy feeling psychologically. I cannot do just any exercise, so I need a effective and low invasive way to exercise, and yoga is it. Here is a inexpensive book for beginners.
